Guideline for your proper stay and use of the house
Upon arrival:
1. Turn on the main switch , if it is off and open the windows to ventilate the room.
2. In case you need the air conditioner, turn it on. (Please, do not use other heating appliances of your own because the fuses may blow).
During your stay:
1. Use the fridge, the oven and the water heater carefully (not constantly). You are not allowed to turn them all on simultaneously because of power overcharging risk.
2. Avoid leaving doors and windows open because rodents and other insects may enter the residence.
3. Use the common toilets that are placed right behind the block. Make sure that you inform other members of your group that they should not throw paper or any other object into the toilets.
4. Blankets can be found in the c loset. You may use them in case you feel cold, but please, make sure you keep them clean.
5. Do not use the telephone at the Konaki and do not light a fire in the fireplace (during the summer).
6. There is internet connection up to 50m.
7. Use the compost container for all biological waste in order to limit the garbage
Before departure:
1. Tidy up and clean the house so that next residents find it neat.
2. Put your garbage from the house, the WC and the surrounding area into plastic bags. Tie the bags up and put them in the specific bin that can be found at the main entrance of the camping area. Make sure that you have firmly closed the bins or the barrels.
3. Clean the cooker and oven well, wash the used dishes and cutlery, and put them back in their place.
4. Shake the blankets (that you may have used) well off and put them back in their place.
5. Empty and clean the fridge well. Do not leave any food even if it is unopened. Take the rest of the food with you.
6. Make sure that all the taps are turned off.
7. Secure the property by closing all the windows and locking the door.

If any of the rules above is not followed, the deposit paid by you or your Local Department will not be returned.
Note: In the house you will not find any food or any other consumable goods (e.g. plastic bags, paper towels, tissues etc.), therefore, make sure you have with you what is necessary…
